Alisa's journey began with her graduation from McDonogh School in 1996 and the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2000. Shortly after, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for marketing and the music business. During her time in artist management, Alisa worked on worldwide concert tours for some of the biggest names in music, including Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, and Motley Crue.

After returning to Baltimore to start her family, Alisa discovered her love for residential real estate in 2016.
