2330 W JOPPA RD STE 104,Born near Wyman Park in 1938 and raised by her mother, an exceptionally strong female role model, Nancy attended Parochial Schools in Baltimore. In 1955 Nancy married John D. Hubble and, after receiving her real estate license in 1957, joined John at his family’s business, L.L. Hubble & Co, which was founded in 1918. Specializing in farms and land development, Nancy ran the day-to-day operations of the real estate and development company. Eventually Nancy expanded the family business to include The Hubble Company in 1960, which focused primarily on residential sales in communities in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. In the early 1980s, Nancy developed several hundred condominiums and renovated over twenty townhomes with her husband. In 1982, Nancy partnered with her daughter, Karen Hubble Bisbee, the third generation of the Hubble family to pursue a career in Real Estate and a 40+ year veteran of the industry herself, to form The Hubble Bisbee Group, specializing in Baltimore’s Fine Homes and Estate Properties. Their partnership has produced billions of dollars in sales in their careers. In 2023, Hubble Bisbee established its own brokerage and affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate, becoming the independently owned and operated Hubble Bisbee Christie’s International Real Estate, licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, for which Nancy serves as Broker of Record.
Nancy Hubble is a Member and Past President of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), Past Director of the Maryland Realtors Association (MR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Women's Real Estate Council. She is a Life Member and Past President of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association. She was inducted into MR and NAR Political Action Hall of Fame. Having worked in the industry for over 60 years, Nancy was named Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors in May 2014. She was also named Realtor of the Year for both Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Maryland Association of Realtors.
Nancy has been active in the Baltimore area community through business as well as civic engagement, donating her time and energy supporting countless causes over the last 60 years. Joining the effort to combat the issue of Baltimore’s vacant housing, Nancy served on a Blue Ribbon Panel for Baltimore City. For five years, Nancy served on the Board of the Enterprise Foundation (now Enterprise Community Partners), dedicated to neighborhood development. She has also continuously served on the Board of Directors of The Meadows Homeowners Association as President and Vice President for over 25 years. In addition, she has served as community liaison with the Johns Hopkins Medical Group, the Valleys Planning Council and Developers on zoning and development issues affecting the Falls Road Corridor of Baltimore County.
Nancy has been politically active throughout her adult life: working on campaigns, testifying at local and state hearings for issues important to the Realtor community, supporting the causes important to members of the State Legislature, Baltimore City and County Councils and the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. She has also hosted major fundraisers/events at her home and the home of her daughter for numerous U.S. Senators, Maryland Governors and County Executives.
Hubble has served as member and chair of Maryland Realtors’ PAC Trustees and as member and current Chair of GBBR PAC Trustees. She has also served as a member for over 15 years as Chair of the Legal Action Fund at Maryland Realtors. Until his retirement, Nancy represented the National Association of Realtors as the contact for Senator Sarbanes. She then went on to act as liaison for the 2nd Congressional District of Maryland from 1993-2003 for Robert Ehrlich, Republican and for Charles “Dutch” Ruppersberger, Democrat from 2003 to 2017.

She also served as Co-Chair of their Capital Campaign, raising over $4,000,000 for needed capital improvements of the 160-year-old building and grounds.
Having developed a strong respect for the importance of education and its effects on the overall health of the community, Nancy’s charitable focus inevitably includes academic promotion and advancement. A lifelong advocate of continuing education for herself as well as others, Nancy recognizes the importance of a strong academic background beginning early on. Nancy was actively involved in supporting the prep schools and colleges both her daughter and son attended, as well as the Bryn Mawr School for Girls, from which her granddaughter, Abigail Bisbee graduated in 2009.
More recently, Nancy has focused her attention on Stevenson University. Hubble witnessed the extraordinary and lifechanging effect the University has had on their graduates as they began their post-collegial path towards meaningful careers, engaged citizenship, personal fulfillment and consequential lives. Nancy’s wish to support motivated students and guide them on this trajectory toward academic achievement led her to establish the Nancy C. Hubble Endowed Scholarship for First Generation Collegians as well as contributing to the Manning Academic Center, honoring the work of Past University President, Kevin Manning. At Stevenson, Nancy served on the President’s Advisory Committee and now as a trustee from 2016 to the present.
