Expanding a Strong Presence in the New York Metropolitan Area
Christie’s International Real Estate has announced the addition of Christie’s International Real Estate | Ivy & Oak, an independently owned affiliate serving Bergen County, New Jersey.
Led by Christina and Brian Gibbons, Ivy & Oak brings exceptional experience and established relationships to the network. Christina, a longtime member of Christie’s International Real Estate, leads one of New Jersey’s most successful real estate teams, approaching $300 million in annual sales. Brian brings three decades of Wall Street experience to his role as CEO, overseeing brokerage operations and agent development.
The network is also expanding with Christie’s International Real Estate New Jersey, a new company-owned brokerage serving Northern and Central New Jersey. Jeannette Seijas-Gisonna, whose three decades of experience include luxury sales, management and new-construction development, has been named Broker of Record. The new brokerage is already building its presence across multiple locations and has secured a significant sales assignment at The Atlantic Club Residences, a new oceanfront development on the Jersey Shore.
Together with Christie’s International Real Estate New York, these additions create an even stronger regional presence in one of the country's most influential real estate markets.
