Jody Cumberpatch Dillon

An Annapolis native, Jody was born and raised in Maryland’s capital city and is an Annapolitan through and through. Passionate about all that the Greater Annapolis Area has to offer – including historic charm, waterfront lifestyle, proximity to DC, Baltimore, the Eastern Shore and more – she’s excited to help buyers and sellers alike accomplish their real estate goals with her distinctive combination of business/technology acumen and hyper-local knowledge.

 

Jody attended Annapolis High School and went on to graduate with Honors from Georgetown University in 2014, where she was also a Division I student-athlete and 4-year letterwinner on the Women’s Lacrosse team. Prior to moving back to Maryland, she spent time living and working in Raleigh, Washington DC and Boston.

 

Jody joins the real estate industry after a decade in the fast-paced technology startup space – serving in a variety of client-facing leadership roles spanning Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development. An exceptionally organized communicator and collaborator, Jody has a knack for streamlining complicated processes to ensure a successful outcome from start to finish – leveraging extensive experience negotiating complex contracts and managing large cross-organizational initiatives. Her affinity for building lasting client relationships is rooted in mutual trust and a genuine interest and regard for each client’s bespoke values.

 

Understanding that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions many make in their lifetime, Jody is committed to supporting clients through every step of the process, regardless of where they are in their homeownership journey. She also brings an eye for design and enthusiasm for unlocking every home’s true potential – whether accomplished through effective marketing and staging for sellers, or helping buyers envision how they might adapt a space to best meet their needs.

 

In her free time, Jody enjoys exploring the local food scene, boating on the Severn River, spending summers with her family in the nearby community of Sherwood Forest, traveling, and antiquing. She currently resides in Downtown Annapolis with her husband, Joe and rescue pup, Maisie.
