Jody Cumberpatch Dillon

A born-and-raised Annapolitan, Jody brings a deep knowledge of the area and innate passion for all it has to offer – making her an ideal partner for anyone looking to make a move in Anne Arundel County. An Annapolis High School alum, Jody went on to graduate with honors from Georgetown University, where she also played Division I lacrosse. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to dedicate the next 10+ years to building and scaling high-growth software companies in Raleigh, Boston, and Washington DC. Here, she served in a variety of leadership roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Corporate Strategy.

A move back to Maryland and renewed zest for her hometown inspired Jody to launch her career in residential real estate. The skills honed from her corporate experience paired with a knack for interior design differentiates her strategic approach to unlocking every home’s maximum potential. Jody’s specialties include effective staging and marketing for sellers, and helping buyers envision how they might adapt a space to best fit their lifestyle.
